Chapter 5: Coming Home Bonus Image

    Cece quickly got over her loss. Within minutes she was blabbing about all the new and exciting things. Laughter filled the air as they continued their travel. Eventually they settled in a small canyon. The horses were untacked and Cece quickly trotted off to find some water.
    She found a river. The horses (and even some of the riders) thirstly drank the clear water. It didn't take long for the bank to become a popular resting area. Horses grazed on the grass that grew thick and green from the pure water while their riders napped under the shade. Riley, the spoil-sport he is, stayed at the camp-site and worked on polishing his sword.
    Piper and India were the first to dive into the water. People looked up to see both of them charge towards the water on horseback. They'd changed from their traveling gear into some old T-shirts and some shorts. Now that danger had passed, it was time for some fun. And what was more fun than a race into uncharted territory?

tl;Dr: Piper and India are going for a swim on their horses, Cece is taking a nap, and Riley is working b/c he is allergic to fun.

In other news, I hate drawing background AND perspective! This started off much nicer as a sketch with some colors on it. After I finished, not as cool :'T

redlined not only the people, but also the background so it is a bit more interesting. Props to her!

There a few more things I'd like to go back to and edit a bit later, but I'm mostly satified with how it is now. I'm still working on trying to shade in less dramatic fashion, as well as drawing lots of trees and grass ;u; Thanks to everyone who helped me work on this!
