Markings:  Sooty gene darkens neck and gives dappling effect. Light striping on legs. Slim blaze on face. White peafowl speckling from eyes to shoulder and a little on the rump.

Background Information

---

Background: One of SFR's proudest breedings, Immortalis is the spitting image of his papa (minus the silver hair). He was bred to continue on his mother's successful career as a dragon hunter, a bit a more modern one, as well as a staple in SFR's show team.
    Immortalis surpassed even his mother's expectations. He's considered a champion amongst modern breeding stock, having excelled in disciplines under saddle and without. He's currently training for his next dragon hunt, as well as standing at stud for a short period.

Personality: Vain, extremely loyal, proud, brave, a born leader. Immortalis considered himself to be the cream of the crop, in terms of Nord stock, and will prove it using his hooves and teeth (not to mention his vicious tongue). He's possessive of anything he consider's his (halter, mares, blankets, food, you name it). Still, if he promises to do something he will stop at nothing to do it. Any horse in his herd is under his protection, at least from outside sources. Should one of them annoy him, he'll make sure to show them who is in charge.

    Foal Personality: Judging you hard core. He believes himself to be an even better breed (aka a peafowl) and that everyone else may (un)kindly suck it. The boy is going to grow up big, bad, and handsome. If you happen to catch his eye then you are his and there is no argument. He is known to pick on his younger brother Kye for his long lineage. Most of the fillies can't stand him. Rocker, Rain, and Kaz are about the only people who get along with him and that is most likely because of the first two's short lineages and Kaz' lack of caring.

Herd Mentality: Next in line for SFR's lead stallion. Many of the other dominant stallions are getting older and are unwilling to risk injury fighting Immortalis (who is much stronger than he looks). He doesn't take an active roll leading the horses around, preferring to let the smaller groups pick their own spaces, but he is quick to step up should he think they need assistant (or someone needs an ass-whopping). Nearly all the horses bow down to his status. The few who don't have either been moved to other locations, or make sure to keep out of his way.
    He is also very family-orientated. Despite his alpha nature, Immortalis will always listen and respect his parents (and grandparents), as well as most of his aunts and uncles. His ingrained sense of family ties make him protective of his siblings and cousins, notably Rain and Flower.

Mate: 3001 Tagesanbruch is his mate. The two had a rocky start given their individual aggressive personalities, but quickly found each other's softer side. In Tage's presence, Immortalis becomes less dominant but is still very protective of their family. They have one biological daughter, Merc (9842 SFR's Meridies). Her "twin" sister, Vin (9841 SFR's Vindex) is Immortalis' daughter with another mare, but has been completely adopted by Tage. Immortalis has also adopted the twins, Invi (Invisible A1082) and Junko (9980 BuD's Dive to the Heart). Their youngest son is Greg (A2058 SFR's Dies Area) and is their biological son.

Friends: Too full of contempt for anything so meager as friends. His "acquaintances" include Master (SFR's Master of Vipers 8382) and Gold (4422 SFR's Shattered Gold), with Jo (2863 SFR's Johnny Hollow) being his lackey. Most people would say that Vodka (7445 SFR's Vodka Supernova) is also his friend since they're always together, but Immortalis will deny it till he is dead. Master, Vodka, and Immortalis have grown up together, while Gold and Jo are more recent additions.

Enemies: His younger brother, Kye (7315 SFR's Khalkotauro), and probably Vodka. He is not ok with the flirting. Very not ok. 3735 Brutal Legend and him hate one another and will attack each other on sight. Same with Vinny (Cosa Nostra 2658); Vinny has tried to steal Tage multiple times and it has led to very bad blood.

- Bullied other horses other horses as a foal;  only nipping and pinning hisears back, but correctional work need to happen so that he could grow out of it. Unfortunately, he didn't. Around his handlers and people he acts like a complete angel. With other horses he is a pure bully.
- Puffs out his stomach when being girthed so it must be tightened later.

- Protective of his things (halters, food, toys, parents).

- Good sense of direction. He can find his way home from any part of the forest.

- Clean bill of health.
- His hair grows very fast and very strong. It can not be pulled out like normal horse hair, it must be cut with some typed of blade.

- Has his own small private barn, which houses him and his close family. Visiting relations are allowed to be boarded there as well, as well as (occasionally) his close friends. This arrangement gives him a chance to unwind, not having to keep his alpha-face on all the time. In the privacy of his barn he can be very gossipy and prone to sarcasm.
- Disliked any horse that wasn't a peafowl for most of his foal-hood. He recognized his own family as peafowls, so anyone who wasn't one was obviously not his family, thus not on his good side.
